At Vistar Leaf, we take care to ensure your eco-friendly tableware reaches you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once processing is complete.
During peak seasons or festive periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time but we are working to expand our reach. For bulk or institutional orders outside India, please contact us directly at info@vistarleaf.com.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather or strikes.
We partner with reliable courier services including Delhivery, BlueDart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery. The courier partner assigned to your order may vary based on your location and order size.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order by contacting us with your order ID.
For bulk orders (above 500 units) or institutional/corporate orders, special shipping arrangements and pricing may apply. Please contact us at info@vistarleaf.com or call us to discuss your requirements.
If your order arrives damaged, please:
In the case of a lost shipment, please allow up to 10 business days from the expected delivery date before reporting it as lost. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing your order. Vistar Leaf is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch of returned packages.
