These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Vistar Leaf website and the purchase of products from us. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Products

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary slightly due to the natural nature of leaf-based materials.

• All our leaf plates and bowls are made from natural Butea monosperma (Palash) and Bauhinia vahlii (Siali) leaves.
• Natural variations in colour, texture, and shape are inherent to the product and are not considered defects.
• Products are food-safe, compostable, and biodegradable.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price at the time of placing the order.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
• We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods as listed at checkout.
• All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@vistarleaf.com. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible; please refer to our Returns policy.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind or natural variations in leaf products.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Vistar Leaf and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vistar Leaf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
